Goldsboro Police Department On 2-29-08, Toyota of Goldsboro reported that a white female by the name of Terri Harrison Robbins (DOB 9-8-60) purchased a 2008 Toyota Camry by writing a $24,072.47 check. The check was returned to Toyota of Goldsboro from the bank because the check was written on a closed account. After an investigation was conducted by Inv. Nelson Viera of the Goldsboro Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, the vehicle was recovered and returned to Toyota of Goldsboro. An arrest warrant was obtained for Terri Harrison Robbins for Obtaining Property by False Pretense on 4-9-08, and she was entered into NCIC. On 9-10-08, Ms. Robbins was arrested in Wilson County and was being detained in the Wilson County Jail on unrelated charges. A writ was obtained and Ms. Robbins was brought back to Wayne County by Inv. Viera and Inv. Dean where the warrant was served on her. Ms. Robbins received a $6,000 secured bond and was taken to district court for her first appearance. Ms. Robbins was then taken back to the Wilson County Jail.
